We know that choosing the right optic is not always easy. At Night Vision Warehouse, we will never leave you with an optic that isn’t right for your needs.
Available at NV Warehouse via our parent company, Optics Warehouse, is the 60-Day Scope Out Guarantee: removing the risk of buying the wrong optic.
We will exchange any optic purchased from us within 60 days of purchase for another brand, size or style that better suits your requirements.
This guarantee allows you to evaluate your optic over a 60-day period to ensure it fully meets your expectations.

This enhanced exchange policy helps you make an informed decision on magnification, reticle and specification. If a different optic proves more suitable, we’ll help you switch.
Limit: One exchange per year, valid within 60 days of original purchase.
All you need to cover is postage of the returned optic and delivery of the new one.
Returned optics must be in resellable condition. We cannot accept units with crimp marks, dings or other damage. The optic must be clean and returned with original box, paperwork and instructions.
If a suitable replacement isn't available immediately, your payment will be held as credit. If your new optic costs less, the difference can be kept as store credit or used on other products.
This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights. If the optic is returned within 14 days in new condition, you are entitled to a full refund.
When Does the 60-Day S.O.G Not Apply?
- Special/custom orders made to your specification
- Tailored or bespoke package pricing
- Returned units in unsellable condition (e.g. excessive damage, crimped tubes)
- Exchanges attempted after the 60-day period
- Scope Out Guarantee already used within the past year
60-Day S.O.G Example
A customer purchases a BRAND X thermal weapon scope. After 45 days of testing, they realise it doesn’t meet their shooting needs and require a greater magnification range.
They complete the form below, explaining their requirements. If approved, we advise on the best alternative.
As the optic is covered by the guarantee and returned in good condition, the customer exchanges it for BRAND Y, which is better suited to their needs.
The customer prints the email confirmation, includes it with the return, and sends the scope back in its original packaging. Postage for both return and replacement is the customer’s responsibility.
Our team inspects the returned optic. Once approved, the new optic is shipped, and payment for any difference is processed.
The customer receives a more suitable optic without needing to sell or settle for the wrong one.
