Returns Process
Our returns are managed by our parent company, Optics Warehouse.
To ensure a smooth process, we recommend creating an account before submitting a return. You won’t receive marketing emails unless you opt in.

Please follow the steps below to return your item(s):
- Step 1: Complete the OPW Returns Form below with as much detail as possible.
- Step 2: Print your confirmation email and include it with your item(s), along with the original receipt and packaging.
- Step 3: Send the item(s) to the address below using a recorded, signed-for delivery service.

Important: Only return the faulty/unwanted item(s) and original in-box accessories. Do not include add-on accessories — these must be returned at your own expense.
If the item or packaging isn’t in a resalable condition, we may decline your request. If goods are found non-faulty, you are responsible for return postage.
OPW Returns Form
Returns Policy
Items must be returned unused, in original packaging with tags, and the OPW Returns Form within 14 days. Do not apply tape or labels directly on product packaging. We may decline returns that are not in resalable condition. Return postage is the customer's responsibility.
Exchange / Replacement
Exchanges are usually processed within 7 working days (up to 14 in busy periods), subject to stock. All postage costs are covered by the customer. Replacements are sent to the original shipping address unless otherwise requested.
Refunds
Note: Refunds made in foreign currency are subject to your payment provider’s exchange rates and fees (including PayPal).
Refunds are processed to your original payment method and confirmed via email. Please return the item(s) promptly — refunds typically take 7–14 days to process. The returned item remains your responsibility until received.
Faulty Goods
Note: If items are found to be non-faulty, return postage is your responsibility.
Faulty goods are replaced free of charge. Warranty lasts for 12 months and covers manufacturer defects (not wear and tear). Items may be tested by the manufacturer — allow up to 28 days. Ensure goods are clean before returning for Health & Safety reasons.
Cancelling an Order
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (UK), you have 14 calendar days to cancel your order for a full refund of the item(s) and standard delivery.
- The 14 days start the day after you receive your order.
- If returning your full order, standard delivery costs are refunded (but not express services).
- Cancellations must be submitted in writing or via our Withdrawal Form.
- Returned goods must be in their original condition and packaging. Poorly packed returns may be rejected.
- If returns are not received, we may arrange collection at your expense.
DNT / Arken Optics Warranty
If you need to claim warranty on a digital DNT or Arken unit (such as Zulus or Thermnight), you can do so directly through DNT Optics.
